Western States 100 Mile

Taupo Ultra is proudly a qualifying event for the Western States 100 Mile event. Runners who complete the Taupo Ultra 100km race within 17 hours will qualify to enter a lottery where the runners for Western States will be selected.

Selection for the Western States typically happens in early December.
